Server Info

On Straight Up, we have a few quality of life tweaks to improve the player experience without encroaching on vanilla gameplay:

• Killing a player will drop their head
• Eating a cookie prevents Phantoms from spawning for a few nights
• Typing ‘/trigger kit’ will give you a starter kit with a bed, 10 torches, and 6 bread
• Anti-cheat and anti-exploit plugins ensure the server remains stable and fair for all players
• Only 33% of players must sleep in order to make the night pass
• Str8Zaddy is a shared account that anyone can play on. You can try it by connecting to the IP ‘straightup.zaddy.men’ in your server list (note: the account is hosted via proxy by Zad, one of our players)
• Before major updates, we delete chunks that have not been occupied by a player for more than a few minutes in total. This frees up unwanted chunks for new content while preserving all bases and structures built by players (click here for more information on this topic)
